No. The file is read and analyzed entirely in your browser; ACC never receives or stores any data from this tool.

Why does 5 million VND matter?
Under Article 26.3 of Decree 181/2025/ND-CP, purchases of 5 million VND or more (VAT incl.) need non-cash payment proof for input VAT to be deductible; same-day purchases from one seller are added together.
