Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Scope and legal basis
This policy covers personal data ACC collects through acc.ac.vn and follows Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

3. Data we collect
What you enter in the contact form: full name, phone number, business or store name, email (optional), your need and message.
The free tools (invoice review, AI readiness, cost and benefit calculator, AI visibility checklist) run in your browser. Files and answers are not uploaded to ACC servers.
4. Purposes
To contact you about your request, send quotes and suitable solutions, support customers and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
5. Basis for processing
Your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form, under Law No. 91/2025/QH15. You may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before.
6. Retention and security
Data is stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and only ACC staff who need it can view it.
Consultation requests are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact. Data tied to a contract is kept for the accounting and tax periods required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Transfer of data abroad
The website and the form database run on cloud providers whose servers are located outside Vietnam, so data you submit may be stored and processed abroad.
ACC only uses providers with appropriate security commitments and keeps an impact assessment dossier for cross-border transfer as required by Law No. 91/2025/QH15. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer.
8. Sharing with third parties
Only with infrastructure and service providers that directly operate our services, or when a competent authority requires it by law.
9. Your rights and response time
You may request to know, consent or withdraw consent, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and complain about the processing of your personal data. Email diepvh@acc.ac.vn or call +84911268449.
ACC acknowledges requests within 3 working days and resolves them within 15 days of receipt, unless the law sets a shorter period.
10. Language and effect
This policy is issued in Vietnamese and English. If the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails. ACC may update this policy; a new version takes effect on the date it is posted here.
